DOM Community Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dom.community online platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

DOM Community is an online platform designed to help people connect, communicate, and build communities based on shared interests, professional activities, location, and other social connections.

The Service allows users to:

  • create and manage a personal profile;
  • publish text, images, videos, and other content;
  • communicate with other users through comments, messages, and other communication tools;
  • create and participate in communities, groups, discussions, and events;
  • follow other users and receive updates about their activity;
  • discover content through search, recommendations, and personalized feeds;
  • interact with content by liking, reacting, saving, sharing, or reposting;
  • receive notifications about messages, activity, and platform events.

To provide these services, DOM Community processes personal data necessary for user registration, identity verification, platform security, service functionality, personalization, legal compliance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

The Service may integrate with other DOM ecosystem products as well as third-party authentication providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, and communication services where necessary to deliver specific features.

Access to premium content is provided through a paid subscription.

Certain content may be available exclusively for a limited viewing period (for example, 7–14 days following its premiere). After this period, content may be archived, relocated, or removed in accordance with our editorial policies or applicable licensing agreements.

Access to specific content may also be restricted based on the user's geographic location.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any content available on the Service without prior notice.

3. User Account

Access to certain features of the Service may require registration of a user account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
  • not share your account with any third party.

Your account is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you:

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to premium features of the Service is provided through a paid subscription.

Available subscription plans include:

  • Monthly Subscription;
  • Annual Subscription.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not affect your access during the current paid subscription period.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once you have accessed or started viewing premium content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through DOM Community, including videos, images, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce any content;
  • download or store protected content;
  • distribute or republish content;
  • upload or publish content on third-party platforms;
  • publicly perform, broadcast, or otherwise make content available to others.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of DOM Community or its respective licensors.

7. Service Quality

The quality of video playback and other media available through the Service depends on several factors, including:

  • your internet connection speed;
  • your device specifications;
  • your operating system and software;
  • network conditions beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or high-quality playback where these factors prevent normal operation.

Service performance may also vary depending on your geographic location, internet service provider, or temporary technical maintenance.

8. Age Restrictions

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the minimum legal age required in your country to access the content available through the Service.

Certain content may be intended exclusively for adult audiences.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service remains available, secure, and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOM Community shall not be liable for:

  • temporary interruptions or unavailability of the Service;
  • software bugs or technical failures;
  • internet connectivity issues;
  • failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers;
  • actions or omissions of other users.

We are also not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • war or armed conflict;
  • governmental actions;
  • large-scale cyberattacks;
  • other force majeure events.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on dom.community.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal data are governed by the DOM Community Privacy Policy.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory provisions of another jurisdiction apply.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
