If my club subscription ends, will I lose access to the money on the card?
No. The balance on the card is your money. It's not tied to your subscription status. Even after your subscription ends, you keep access to your funds and can withdraw the balance.
Can I receive money from someone on my DOM card, or send money to someone?
From your balance, you can send money to any card or to someone else's balance. You can also return funds from the card to your balance — to do this, the card needs to be blocked. You can receive money from someone else's balance either to your card or to your own balance.
Is DOM PAY a debit or a prepaid card?
DOM PAY is a prepaid card, not a debit card. You top up your balance first, and only then can you spend that money from the card. The card is not linked to a bank account, so it only works within the loaded amount.
Is the DOM PAY card personalized with a name?
No, the DOM card is not personalized. It's a virtual prepaid Visa/Mastercard card. It shows "Cardholder Name" on it. Your real full name is not printed. This is usually enough for payments.
Can I pay in regular stores abroad?
DOM PAY is designed for online payments. But once you get the card, you can order an additional "Offline purchases" option with Apple Pay / Google Pay support. This option is not included in the standard DOM subscription ($9.99), but it's useful if you live outside Russia or travel abroad often. The offer to connect this option and its terms will be sent to you along with your main DOM card.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use to top up? Is USDT TRC20 supported?
Yes. You can top up your balance directly with crypto. Supported: USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, USDT BEP20, BTC, ETH, USDC. USDT TRC20 is the most cost-effective and popular option.
Is there a fee for topping up?
DOM PAY charges no fee. You only pay the blockchain network fee — about $1 for USDT TRC20, and $10-$20 for USDT ERC20. USDT TRC20 is the recommended option.
Is there a fee on every payment, like with crypto cards?
No. DOM PAY is a regular Visa/Mastercard. Once topped up, your balance holds currency — there's no payment fee, you pay 1:1. A conversion fee only applies if you top up in a currency other than USD/EUR.
Which services can I pay for with a DOM PAY card?
A DOM PAY card can be used to pay for many international services, including Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, ChatGPT Plus, OpenAI API, Midjourney, Canva Pro, Notion, Namecheap, GoDaddy, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Spotify, YouTube Premium, and many others. The card supports 3D Secure and may be issued in USD or EUR.
Can I link DOM PAY to a US Apple ID?
Usually, no. Apple may reject even genuine US prepaid cards. However, you can use DOM PAY to purchase a US App Store & iTunes Gift Card from services such as Play-Asia, G2A, Eneba, SEAGM, or OffGamers. The App Store US code can then be redeemed on a US Apple ID and used to pay for Apple services. A gift card value of at least $25 is recommended.
What exchange rate is used to convert rubles into US dollars or euros?
The exchange rate changes daily. The current rate will be available after you receive your DOM PAY card. The final rate may usually be 1–3% above the average market rate. This is because direct conversion from rubles into US dollars or euros is unavailable and additional conversion fees may apply.
How can I top up DOM PAY using a Russian bank card?
Top-ups are processed through specialized exchange services. You need to select the required exchange direction, enter the wallet balance number provided with your DOM PAY card, and pay using a Russian bank card or the Faster Payments System. Funds usually reach the balance within 5–30 minutes and then become available for payments with the DOM PAY virtual card. The estimated daily top-up limit ranges from $1,000 to $5,000.
Can I withdraw US dollars or euros from an ATM?
No. DOM PAY is a virtual card designed for online purchases, subscriptions, and cashless payments. ATM cash withdrawals are not supported.
Can another person or company pay me in US dollars or euros?
Yes. An international client or company can send you a bank transfer in USD or EUR. The payment details will be available in your account and can be shared with the sender. Transfers usually take between 1 and 5 business days. The estimated fee is approximately $15 for USD transfers and €10 for EUR transfers. This option is generally more cost-effective for payments of $500 or €500 and above. For smaller amounts, internal transfers within the system are preferable.
